Want Amazing Hair?

Good afternoon, friend.

Has your day been good so far? I bet you’re ready to be home in jammies with a piping hot pizza and a great movie.

Or maybe you’re getting ready to go out and meet some friends? Take lots of pictures. Memories are awesome.

Perhaps it’s date night? You look beautiful. I hope he brings you flowers.

I’m pretty sure pizza and a movie-night with my honey is in my future. 🙂 (Justin vetoed the pizza in favor of wings, and since we have this amazing wing place near our house, I craved caved.)

I was Pinterest browsing the other day and came across this little gem:

The person who pinned it had commented, “My entire life has been a lie.”
I wish the person who created it had added that line. It made me laugh.
Honestly, I didn’t realize that bobby pins were meant to be used that way until last year, when I came across my all-time favorite hair blog EVER.
The Small Things Blog
I love her. Her name is Kate, she’s a Christian, loves makeup and hair, and her husband’s name is Justin. We could so be friends.
Anyway, if you’re looking for some great hair tips and cute styles, check it out. Click on her picture to go to her blog. You won’t regret it.

. . . and because I love you, I’m linking to her tutorials.

I get so many compliments when I do this. SO easy. So cute.

My hairdresser, Meghan, whom I also love, said I’ve perfected this version of the ponytail. Wish I’d taken a picture.

This tutorial changed my life. You need “duck clips” which I now use every time I blow dry my hair. LOVE this video.

I don’t often wear headbands, but now I feel confident instead of feeling like a little girl playing dress up.

There are a bunch more on her site, as well as some new ones I’ve got to check out.

Let me know if you try any of them!!! Have a great weekend and now every day can be a great hair day!
